Our mission

MAPS fosters a holistic community that builds understanding of the natural world through wonder and play with health and family as centerpieces.

Across five acres, children learn in classrooms, gardens, wooded trails, open fields, and gathering spaces that invite wonder throughout the changing seasons. These places become extensions of the classroom, offering opportunities to play, observe, create, care for living things, and connect learning to the community around them.

We Believe in Wonder and Play

Wonder invites children to ask, imagine, and explore. Play allows them to test ideas, build relationships, solve problems, and make sense of the world around them. Together, they create a joyful foundation for lifelong learning.

 

Flexible Model

Through a flexible hybrid model, MAPS brings together school-based instruction, family-led learning, nature, wellness, and community experiences to create a personalized educational path for every child.
